Job Search Television Network (JSTN) announced today it has formed a unique recruiting partnership with two of the nation's leading non-profits supporting opportunities for disabled Americans, including American Veterans. The partnership will promote JSTN's upcoming Virtual Career Fair on June 17th to disabled Americans, providing access to job opportunities nationwide in industries such as finance, insurance, cable television and more. In turn, the event will help recognized companies more effectively recruit disabled persons across the nation. The two non-profit organizations in the partnership are highly regarded. The disABLED Persons organization was formed in 2002 (http://www.disabledperson.com/) to connect those with disabilities to job opportunities over the Internet. Thousands of Americans use both sites annually to search for employment opportunities. Said Lindsay Stanton, JSTN's Senior Vice President of Sales, "We are very excited to be working with such highly regarded organizations. Our unique, video-based Virtual Career Fair will bring together a large group of highly qualified candidates to with national companies who are looking for their skills. For our clients, it provides a way to access an audience they want to reach out to in their recruiting efforts, and who possess skills that are very much in demand such as technology and national security experience. This partnership furthers our mission of making career opportunities and expert advice more accessible to everyone." All members of the disabled community and the disabled veterans community will be provided an opportunity to create a free "20-second Video Introduction™" through JSTN's proprietary technology which can then be provided to recruiters at the event. Members of the organization can register at: http://www.myjstn.com/vcf/ad/jofdav/. "We are extremely thankful to JSTN for partnering with us that we can connect disabled persons and veterans with proactive employers. It is a service we believe is vital for the disabled community, particularly those in the process of re-acclimation as veterans who have returned from war," says Diana Corso, disABLEDperson Inc.
